Other variation: dates, banana and peanut butter
Ingredients:
2 cups yoghurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 mashed banana
1 bar dark chocolate
1 tsp. coconut oil
Directions
Mix the yoghurt, mashed banana, lemon juice and maple syrup.
Fold in the frozen fruit.
Form heaps on lined baking cheat and place a wooden stick in the middle. Freeze until hard.
Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil, and dip the yoghurt sticks into it.
