Serve with pickles, garlic sauce and bread/rice
Ingredients:
400g chicken thighs
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp all spice
1 tsp baharat / Lebanese seasoning
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp yoghurt (optional)
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Directions
Mix everything together (except for the chicken).
Slice the chicken and leave in marinade for several hours.
Cook using the air-fryer or pan.
