Tofu Avocado Wrap

For 1 breakfast wrap



Ingredients:


  • 1/2 avocado

  • 150 g silk tofu

  • 1 Arabic bread/wrap

  • 1 tsp bagel seasoning

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Lemon juice to taste











Directions


Leave the tofu to soak.


On a wrap, spread out the avocado with some lemon juice, the tofu and bagel seasoning.


Fry in olive oil for a few minutes on each side.
