Ingredients:
1 scoop flavourless protein powder
1 egg
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 mashed banana
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 tbsp yoghurt
Splash of milk
1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
1 tbsp frozen blueberries
1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
Maple syrup (to taste)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients (except the blueberries, chocolate and peanut butter).
Carefully fold in the chocolate and blueberries.
Drizzle over the peanut butter.
Put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes, then another minute.
Can add some maple syrup to taste.
