With dark chocolate, peanut butter, coconut, nuts and cranberries.
Perfect to bring to the gym or on long runs.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Almond milk
1 Egg
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
2 tsp Melted coconut oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 3/4 cup Oats
1/2 cup Dark chocolate
1 banana mashed
2 tbsp Peanut butter
Optional: cranberries
Directions:
Set oven to 180
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients - including half a mashed banana.
Add the other half of the banana sliced on top. Can add extras (nuts, berries,
more nut butter, coconut, freeze-dried berries, etc).
Bake for about 20 mins.
