Healthy Chickpea 'Blondies'

Packed with protein


Ingredients:


  • 1 can chickpeas (240g drained)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or a little less)

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks

  • 1-2 dates chopped

  • 1 tsp vanilla




Directions


Mix all the ingredients together.


Bake at 350°(f) /176°(c) for 25 minutes in a lined pan.
