Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside

Ingredients:
115g butter (melted)
155g flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 egg room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla
90g dark chocolate
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, salt, and melted butter to for a smooth
paste.
Whisk in the egg and vanilla, beating for a minute or two.
Gently stir in the flour and baking soda.
Fold in the chocolate and walnuts.
Chill the dough for at least 30 mins.
Put on parchment paper with ice cream scooper. Sprinkle on some salt.
Cook in an oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 mins.
