Marinated in soya sauce, sesame oil, garlic, lemon and honey

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soya Sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
2 Spring onions
Directions
In a bowl, mix together the honey, soya sauce, sesame oil, crushed garlic, salt
and spring onions.
Cut small slits into the salmon and add into the marinade. Massage marinade
into the salmon. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
Set the oven to 200 degrees.
In a frying pan with oil, add the salmon (with the skin down) and cook until the
skin is crispy and brown. Flip onto the other side and cook for 1 min.
Line a pan with aluminum foil and bake the salmon in the oven for 10 mins
until cooked inside, covered with the foil.
